* All workshops to be paid in full at time of booking. * No group bookings will be accepted. You must book and pay for yourself. * Bookings can be made online, in store or over the phone. * Workshop fees will be refunded if workshop is cancelled by Fifi's. *Notice of cancellation of workshop 14 days or more will be refunded as shop credit. *Less than 7 days notice and no refund will be given. *If cancellation is between 14-7 days a processing fee of 50% will apply. *Alternatively if you are not able to attend a workshop you may gift it to a friend.
